At Stra Negócios em Saúde e Bem Estar Ltda, a legal entity governed by private law registered with CNPJ under No. 11.388.997/0001-15, headquartered in Balneário Camboriú/SC (“Stra Group”), we understand as sensitive and relevant the records electronic data and personal data left by you (“User”) in the use of the various sites and services (“Pages”) of Grupo Stra, serving this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to regulate, in a simple, transparent and objective way, what data and information will be obtained, as well as when they may be used.

I. WHAT DATA WE USE
Grupo Stra may collect information actively entered by the User at the time of registration, and also information automatically collected when using the pages and the network, such as, for example, identification of the commercial establishment used, IP with date and time of connection, among others.
Thus, two types of personal data are processed: (i) those provided by the User; and (ii) those collected automatically.

ii. With partner companies, in the development of Grupo Stra's commercial activities;

V. HOW WE KEEP DATA SECURE
Grupo Stra will store the information collected on its Pages on its own servers or those contracted by it.

The Stra Group adopts the best efforts, in order to preserve the privacy of the Users' data. However, no website is completely secure and Grupo Stra cannot fully guarantee that all information transmitted on the Pages is not the target of unauthorized access perpetrated through methods developed to improperly obtain information. For this reason, we encourage Users to take appropriate steps to protect themselves, such as keeping all usernames and passwords confidential.
WE. RETENTION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The information collected by Grupo Stra through the Pages will be automatically deleted from its servers when it ceases to be useful for the purposes for which it was collected, or when the user requests the deletion of their personal data.
Without prejudice, the information may be kept for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, transfer to a third party – provided that the data processing requirements are respected – and exclusive use by Grupo Stra, access by a third party is prohibited, provided that it is anonymised.
VII. YOUR RIGHTS
In compliance with the applicable regulations, with regard to the processing of personal data, Grupo Stra respects and guarantees the User the possibility of submitting requests based on the following rights:
i) confirmation of the existence of treatment;
ii) access to data;
iii) the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
iv) the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or non-compliant data;
v) the portability of your data to another service or product provider, upon express request by the User;
vi) the deletion of data processed with the User's consent;
vii) obtaining information about the public or private entities with which Grupo Stra shared its data;
viii) information about the possibility of not giving your consent, as well as being informed about the consequences, in case of refusal;
ix) the revocation of consent.
These rights will depend on the submission of a request for further evaluation and adoption of other measures by Grupo Stra.

The User is aware that the exclusion of essential information for the management of his account with Grupo Stra will result in the termination of his registration, with consequent cancellation of the services then provided.
Grupo Stra will make every effort to respond to such requests as quickly as possible. However, even in the event of an exclusion request, the minimum storage period for Internet application user information, determined by Brazilian law, will be respected.
VIII. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
This Policy will be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13.709/2018, regardless of the laws of other states or countries, with the jurisdiction of the court of Balneário Camboriú/SC to resolve any doubts arising of this document.
